Situated in the lower level of a large Princely mansion, the coveted 16 tufted high chairs aroundThe U shaped bar are the setting for the GASTRONOMIC SYMPHONY. Each diner is a member of the audience. The chef conducts his staff, providing the most glorious presentations and delectable offerings. The maestro discusses the presentations . At the same time the sous chefs are putting the finishing touches on the dishes. The offerings are presented and plated in front of the guest, while watching the various presentations around the bar. The atmosphere is open yet intimate. Each reservation is separate while being part of the total experience. The food! It's a " symphony"Of textures and tastes. The melding of a spice to an herb to a protein. Truly an experience. An OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.Now, one drawback. The building is historic. As a result there is no elevator. If you are handicapped, not able to walk, then unfortunately you will not be able to experience TWO MONKEYS.

If you can get a booking here, guaranteed an amazing experience. We had a great time and blew our expectations. Not only incredible food, but the service was second to none.

Amazing execution chef and sous chefs and extraordinary sommelier who paired wines brilliantly with superb courses. The foie gras dish was unique. Guillaume (exec chef) and Paulo Pires (sommelier) do wonderful work and are gracious hosts. we loved the table that surrounds the kitchen and the chef and sous chefs give excellent explanations of the food. A fine experience. They deserve their Michelin star.

This staff is a top notch team who knows every in and out of what they offer. The menu is exquisite. The wine pairings, unparalleled. It's casual intimacy with food that elevates the soul. Just go.
