A restaurant that I have been waiting for too long! Finally, I made an appointment with Counter Tasting Menu. #1 of Canada will not disappoint. There are 14 courses, but the whole process is very smooth. Chef used a lot of Japanese food ingredients, which was not messy, but greatly enhanced the modern style. It was the first time I encountered foie gras in French cuisine. It was as tender as water, and it was embarrassing to not be able to fork it after cutting it. Steak with white chocolate sauce, surprise? Finally, there are four dessert courses. Each one is very creative, and none of them are just for the sake of numbers. 💯

ALO offers a great menu that caters to different tastes. The service was perfect and the attention to detail was perfect. After the meal, the restaurant manager provided us with a seat at the bar and a cocktail to end the dinner perfectly. It was a perfect dining experience and my friends and I were very happy.

alo is really a great French restaurant in Toronto. First of all, if you want to order the full menu, remember to make an appointment. The restaurant is on the third floor. It is not particularly easy to find. The service is really great. Canadians really feel more enthusiastic than Americans. I don’t know why. From standing there to arrange a wait, bartender ran to ask us what we wanted to drink, to the supervisor from time to time to joke, and then to the reception staff at the door to help us press the elevator to send us away. The taste of the dish, two words: taste. The menu has always been different, so the recommended dish is all the dishes on the menu. Because it is French, the amount of dishes is not much. There is no problem with two people eating eight or nine dishes. The price is relatively affordable. Because Canada seems to have no Michelin reviews, This restaurant is something I personally think is Michelin-level. As for the few stars, everyone has eaten their own comments.

Bookings after opening two months in the early morning are really slow. There is no need to book a side bar, but there is no semi-open kitchen. You can see the chef busy inside. The overall experience is not very amazing, just ordinary delicious. There is a Hokkaido tape and sea urchin fore food. It’s not particularly fresh. The favorite is the store’s homemade milk meal package. The organization can pull silk, with a faint milk fragrance, and the soup is really delicious.
