Wonderful staff... my first server - not the somm - amazingly was able to list out a half dozen Gewurztraminers by level of sweetness (I wanted just barely off-dry / almost dry), he nailed it. The server named Loan was also just absolutely pleasant and helpful. I dined at Crocodile 25 years ago - before much of the new staff was born - but loved being under that amazing painting again. I asked one of the servers "You kept that painting even after the remodels?" He said "Have YOU TRIED moving that painting?" Hahahahah!
