A very beautiful trip to the culinary universe of Chief Renaud Darmanin, enhanced by the agreements made by their Sommelier Mr. Vincent. Beautiful dressing of the bases, fairness of cooking, quintesses of flavors. We have been allowed to take a chance and we have not regretted our choice.The kitchen deserves its Michelin macaron and for the very relevant hospitality, service and work of Sommelier we are really close to the 2nd star 🌟.
