The environment is elegant, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. Although it has been changed from a set meal to a buffet, the experience has not been compromised at all. Because I was concentrating on eating, I don’t have any photos of the food (actually I was a little lazy). There are many choices of appetizers, including all-you-can-eat oysters, cold seafood including long-legged crab legs, lobsters, abalone, red crabs, sashimi including tuna, salmon, various salami, Spanish ham and honeydew melon, various cheeses, etc. I chose fish maw chicken soup for soup, and I didn’t take care of other Chinese hot dishes. I went straight to the meat theme: pan-fried foie gras, grilled steak, lamb chops, grilled lobster, oysters, scallops, and then desserts and espresso☕️ to end. All drinks are available. I personally prefer today’s Chilean white wine Chardonnay. I have taken photos and prepared to buy it to drink! Except that there are more people during the summer vacation and the children are a little noisy, I think it’s pretty good. I should patronize it again in the future and plan to stay here to experience more.
