Scallion oil river mussels: This is a small river mussel, tender and delicious, I recommend everyone to order this. Fish head two ways: We picked a big fish ourselves, the fish head was made into soup and the fish tail was braised. The fish tail was served first, the braised taste was very good, the meat was also very tender, and it was not dry at all. Although the fish head soup was not bad, it didn't taste as good as the one I had the night before at other restaurants, or it might be taste fatigue. The other side dishes were all quite satisfactory, and there was nothing particularly amazing. Maybe our requirements for the first one were a bit high.
