I came to Qiandao Lake for 3 days and ate at Baorong twice. My father couldn't forget the kiss of Qiandao Lake, which was snails. He also ordered one fish and two dishes for every meal. The corn flakes were so delicious. The local pork was very tender and the pepper was not spicy. It was great.

The taste is good, and the environment is also good. It would be even better if there was no karaoke next door. There are also many locals who come here, and they come with their families. The lakeside location would be better, but you have to go early. We arrived at 4:30 and waited for half an hour before we got a seat. It is recommended to arrive at 4:15 so that you can get a view seat. The dishes are average, the fish is very fresh and tender, and the fish head is braised in white soup (sweet and spicy taste). In a word, it is very good and cost-effective!

The boss is nice and the price is affordable! Their boss is really hardworking. The dishes are OK. The dried vegetable tortillas are delicious, the fried fish is delicious, but the fish head is not delicious. It depends on personal taste. I think the other dishes are delicious. If you dine on the balcony, you can see Qiandao Lake, and the scenery is invincible. Unfortunately, the weather is still a bit cold, so we can only choose indoors. Pepper and salt stream fish: The first one to come up is the stream fish, which is fried very crispy. A lot of it was eaten in a short time, and it is well received. Scallion oil river mussels: This is a small river mussel, tender and delicious, I recommend everyone to order this. Fish head two ways: We picked a big fish ourselves, the fish head was made into soup and the fish tail was braised. The fish tail was served first, the braised taste was very good, the meat was also very tender, and it was not dry at all. Although the fish head soup was not bad, it didn't taste as good as the one I had the night before at other restaurants, or it might be taste fatigue. The other side dishes were all quite satisfactory, and there was nothing particularly amazing. Maybe our requirements for the first one were a bit high.
