Beast Review

A seafood restaurant near Oxford Street, which specializes in Norwegian king crabs, also serves steaks. We chose this restaurant because it was decorated in a Harry Potter Academy hall style, and then the clerk found me wearing a magic gown, excited to say "Harry Potter" and hug me. We ordered steak and shrimp and other dishes, the steak was very tender and tasted great! The price is slightly higher.

The design inspiration was Norwegian crab fishermen dining in the village residence. The restaurant has six particularly large tables, each made of 6 meters long oak, each table has a sofa of the same length, and the fan chair is also made of oak.

Fantastic looking venue with long communal tables, rather than individual ones, which encourages a degree of bonhomie with one's neighbours and works surprisingly well. The meat is excellent. One of my tempura prawns was served with the 'poo shoot' still in it which, given the prices this place charges, is completely unacceptable. The manager was apologetic and did not charge me for that dish. The wine was ludicrously priced - the bottle I ordered was 5x retail price shown on Vivino. Staff were knowledgeable and very nice!

Professional service, however some incorrect items on our bill and one of the waiters tipped a bottle of beer down my back by accident. Not a major issue and all sorted quickly

This was hands down one of the best all around dining experiences my family has ever had. We were in town from Boston and came here after it was recommended by a friend. Antonio and his team are unbelievable and the food is outstanding, I would make a point to come back here every time I’m in town.
