Bentley Restaurant + Bar Review

This Spanish restaurant in the CBD is one of my favorites, not for anything else, but mainly for the delicious food! I especially recommend their steak with mushrooms on the bone, and pork neck. I will never get rid of my love for pork in my life!

Bentley Restaurant & Bar is located at Radisson Blu Hotel | 27 O'Connell St, Sydney CBD, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia. We had the Brews chicken which she said was the best she had ever had and I had the roast oysters which were particularly delicious. But to describe the dishes in a few words would not do them justice, the innovative dressings and accompaniments were outstanding and totally unexpectedly good. The new harvest potatoes with diced olives and the wonderful sauce and vegetables were incredible. We shared a dessert which was rhubarb sorbet with mascarpone cheese, crushed black olives and strawberries, which was superb.

The appetizers were oysters, white fungus pork cheeks and roasted quail. The plates were big and the dishes were small. The five main courses included pork, beef, mutton, fish and chicken. I ate all of them and didn't feel full after eating. It's $70 per person, you can go on a date!

The chef and wife are vegetarians, and their original menu pays more attention to the taste and taste of each dish. Another feature of this restaurant besides dinner is the leisure bar here. The bartender has many fans. Just look at your appearance and he knows what wine you are suitable for.

We have been traveling and eating out for three weeks, the best dinner of our trip, a truly memorable memory at Bentley Restaurant & Bar. We couldn't fault it at all, from the stylish interior design to the bar area, to the good lighting, to the service and of course the food. The wine list is wide of choice with a good selection of gin and whiskey. My wife ate Briles chicken, which she said was the best she had ever had, and I ate particularly delicious roasted oyster meat. But to describe the dishes in a few words was unjust to them, the innovative seasonings and side dishes were outstanding and completely unexpectedly good.
