Bentley Restaurant + Bar Review

This Spanish restaurant in the CBD is one of my favorites, not for anything else, mainly delicious! I especially recommend his family mushroom bone steak, and pig neck meat. My love of pork in my life is not good!

Bentley Restaurant & Bar located in Radisson Blu Hotel | 27 O'Connell St, Sydney CBD, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, we ate Briles chicken, she said it was the best she had ever eaten, I ate the especially delicious roasted oyster meat. But to describe those dishes in a few words is unfair to them, the innovative seasonings and side dishes are outstanding, completely unexpectedly good. The fore dishes are oysters, white fungus pig face meat and roasted bamboo shoots. The plates are so big and small. The five main dishes have pig beef, sheep, fish and chicken, all of which are eaten, and there is no sense of fullness after eating. $70 per person, you can go on a date!

The restaurant's chef, Brent Savage, and his wife are authentic vegetarians, and their original menu focuses on the taste and texture of each dish. In addition to the main meal, another major feature of this restaurant is the casual bar. Bartender Nick Hildebrant has many fans, and he knows what kind of wine is suitable for you just by looking at your appearance.

We have been travelling and eating out for three weeks and this was the best dinner of our trip, a truly unforgettable memory, at Bentley's Restaurant & Bar. We could not fault it at all, from the stylish interior design, to the bar area, to the great lighting, to the service and of course the food. The wine and spirits list is extensive with a good selection of gins and whiskies. My wife had the Bresse chicken which she said was the best she had ever had and I had the roast oysters which were exceptional. But to describe the dishes in a few words would not do them justice, the innovative dressings and accompaniments were outstanding and totally unexpectedly good. The new harvest potatoes with diced olives and a wonderful sauce and the vegetables were incredible. We shared a dessert of rhubarb sorbet with mascarpone cheese, crushed black olives and strawberries, which was superb.
