Benu Review

This 3-Michelin starred restaurant was an epic experience!!! We reserved a table for five weeks before because getting reservation is difficult. Frankly, I wasn’t aware of Benu’s reputation but that night of I think 20-course dinner was truly delightful.

I can't eat Korean style at all, and I feel that the exquisiteness of the plate is a bit like French. Pork belly braised in rose wine with pepper leaf This dish is still very innovative.

Benu has three to four tasting menu, the front dish is abalone shark fin, and there is my favorite foie gras dumplings behind it, as well as caviar and black truffle sauce, which tastes great, typical new American cuisine.

I have walked a long way to get here. I like the environment of this restaurant, which gives people a feeling of being at home. But in it, people will be very relaxed and quiet. A delicious meal can be made.

Food is created with heart, very innovative, beautiful and exquisite shape, tastes good!
