开平【碧桂园翡翠湾湾凤凰酒店】的【凤凰轩中餐厅】，除了有开平本地地道美食，如马岗脆皮烧鹅、赤坎豆腐角、雷公根猪骨汤、芋仔煲沙白、开平风味艾糍、狗仔鹅焖牛栏糍等，还有来自顺德的美食，如顺德拆鱼羹、大良炸牛奶、手打墨鱼饼等。出品精致，味道也很好，特别是马岗脆皮烧鹅，选用90天的马岗鹅在酒店现烧，烤出来的鹅皮脆肉香，味道十分美味，最重要的是餐厅消费性价比很高，人均¥60-70即可。

开平碧桂园翡翠湾凤凰酒店餐厅位于碧桂园翡翠湾凤凰酒店内，公司团建的地方，这里附近还有一个赤坎古镇。碧桂园的一大特色——依山傍水，的确这里的环境非常优美，非常适合一家大小来度假。酒店里面的设施也很齐全，泳池，健身室，儿童乐园等等，连小型的攀高都有餐厅分中西餐厅，我们午餐和晚餐都在中餐厅解决，吃得是围餐。对于五星级酒店的餐厅来说，分量不是很足，重点是我们刚完成团建活动，消耗非常大，一圈下来菜都所剩无几了。相对于早餐还是很丰富的，能吃的很饱很饱，而且早餐时间也很长。
