Macau star restaurant recommendation/Bi Ying Ju
Recently, I heard from my good friends that there are many delicious and fun things in Macau, so I took advantage of the 520 day and took my boyfriend to Macau. We booked the Studio City Hotel, and found a restaurant with a very high cost performance, a star restaurant, Bi Ying Ju. This restaurant is recommended by Michelin and has also been listed on the silver medal of Ctrip Food Forest🥈
The dishes we ate today can be described as colorful and ceiling-level. Today, we ordered Sichuan mouth-watering chicken, red oil Thousand Layer Ear, old vinegar jellyfish head, and refreshing shredded lettuce with scallion oil for appetizers. The specialty dishes we ordered were honey-flavored Spanish black pork barbecued pork, Genghis Khan charcoal grilled beef ribs, fresh pepper grilled black tiger grouper, double pepper lotus root tip fried Hokkaido scallops, vine pepper hand-shredded chicken, abalone sauce wild mushrooms Homemade tofu, taro broth soaked choy, Jintang seafood rice, and desserts such as mango sago with lime and mango ice cream 🍦. The dishes are very rich and the quality is very high. Among them, my favorite is the black pork barbecued pork. The meat is firm and tender, and the very fragrant honey sauce is poured on it. The taste lingers on the tip of the tongue when it enters the mouth. It is especially fragrant when paired with rice 🍚. The black tiger grouper is also my favorite. The steaming black tiger grouper is paired with peppercorns. It is slightly numb when it enters the mouth. The aroma of Sichuan cuisine fills the whole room. This dish is really a dish that goes well with rice. All the appetizers are very delicious and of excellent quality. It is worthy of being a Michelin restaurant. The waiters are attentive, very friendly and enthusiastic, and the environment is also very comfortable. It is recommended for family gatherings and dating friends.
