Birdsong Review

This is a high-end creative cuisine that has been selected in the list of Trip.com Food Forest Restaurant in 2020, which is Birdsong. Their dishes still make me feel refreshed.

This restaurant called Birdsong is a particularly well-known local creative cuisine, their dishes are really exquisite, and the taste is really in line with my taste!

The meat is dry aged and cooked in a wood burning oven. Every cut of meat was smoky and juicy. The best dishes of the night for me were the breaded shrimp, squab pithivier and the delicious cornbread. The wine list is also impressive.

The service was excellent and it was great to be able to watch the food being prepared from the kitchen counter seats. The interior is spacious and puts guests in the middle of nature.

I honestly feel like it’s not good enough to cost as much as it does.
