Bistrobar Indonesia Review

You must order drinks when you have dinner at Bistrobar, after all, it is half a bar. Betty ordered a cocktail and I ordered a glass of red wine. We drank until eight o'clock before leaving. Berry-based cocktails are of course very easy to drink and make you feel drunk. The feeling comes and goes quickly; and my red wine is even harder to make you feel drunk, but it goes slowly after it comes... The main course ordered with the red wine is beef, so it is quite a good match. I ordered Indonesian satay-style meat skewers that can be eaten in three flavors at once. I like the chicken with satay sauce the most, which is not too greasy. Due to historical reasons, Indonesia has a large population, so there are many Indonesian restaurants and the taste is relatively better. Compared with Chinese food, the overall feeling of Indonesian restaurants and flavors is better than other foreign restaurants. But I personally feel that Indonesian flavors are average. I don’t particularly like sour and sweet tastes. Among the flavors of several Southeast Asian countries, I still like Thai flavors the most! An Indonesian street snack, a thin layer of flour is coated with a dense filling, then fried, cut into thin pieces and eaten with a matching sauce. The first piece is amazing, but it is still a bit greasy for me if I eat too much.

Friendly, efficient wait staff. Excellent service and quality food. Very tasty and flavourful combinations of Indonesian cuisine. I highly recommend this venue.

Overall the Food was great, very nice ambiance, we had a small incident with a waiter but the Management dealt very provisional with it, Accidents can happen...

Great location. Excellent Indonesian rijst tafel. All staff members were very friendly. Will be back!
