What we tasted this time is also a more representative dish in Bowen's family banquet. This one is called Clay Pot Pig's Feet. In the Ming Dynasty, the surname of pig and Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang was homophonic, so in order to avoid taboos, pigs in the Ming Dynasty were called pigs. This Clay Pot Pig's Feet is soft and tasty, and the dish itself looks very appetizing.
