Bridges Review

I was amazed by the food in this restaurant. The dishes were beautifully prepared and delicious. My favorite was the beef, which was very tender, and the oysters were very fresh. It felt not much different from a two-star Michelin restaurant.

Because I had never had high hopes for food in the Netherlands, I didn't do any research. When it was time for dinner, I looked around and found that there was a Michelin one-star restaurant nearby. Although I am no longer blindly superstitious about this list, as a foodie, I must try it to have a say. The entrance is a bit hidden, but I also found that the environment is very good. It is on the first floor of the Grand Sofitel. There was a waiter leading the way at the door. There were several private rooms next to it, and everyone in them was dressed in fancy clothes. We arrived a little early, and the waiter thought we were in a hurry to drink. There was no set menu to choose from, so we ordered a la carte. Fortunately, the names of Western dishes will have the ingredients written on them, so it's convenient as long as you figure it out. The appetizer was shrimp as the main ingredient. It was very small shrimp, served with small cuttlefish, avocado sauce, and something similar to fried rice, which tasted very good. The main course was kingfish with water celery sauce, but this water celery sauce didn't have any celery taste. The fish meat was very good, and the fish skin was fried very well. There were also a few ravioli with cheese filling. The wait staff was a little short so the service was a little inconsiderate but the manners were good.
