The main course is 8+ Australian wagyu and grilled sole. Wagyu has always been my favorite, just tender and fresh. Grilled sole is refreshing with capers and lemon juice. All desserts are new varieties launched in summer, with oranges, lemons, oranges, and mangoes as the main tones, fresh and not greasy.
