A perfect Michelin experience
This is one of the few Michelin restaurants in Dublin. You know, a French restaurant that can be rated Michelin in Europe cannot be without some characteristics and unique skills! As early as 2 months ago, I asked the local chartered car driver to help me reserve a seat. You know, the average consumption here is 80 euros. If you break the appointment, you will be charged 100 euros per person. So as soon as I got off the plane, the driver reminded us not to forget! We arrived on time according to the appointment time. It was very close to the hotel and it was about a 5-minute walk. Although the restaurant’s reservation information had some minor problems, they quickly gave us a cellar-like private room after knowing that we were from China! With the enthusiastic introduction of the waiter and my brother-in-law’s passable English, we finally completed the arduous task of ordering. Why don’t foreigners’ menus have pictures? Don’t they understand the principle that there is no truth without pictures? Each dish was cooked very delicately, tasted good, and was well matched. It seemed that the chef was very attentive in his design. We are not experts in Western cuisine and do not have any professional comments. In short, the cost for four people including the tip was 350 euros, which was very worthwhile!
