My husband and I had shaved ice for the first time today and we loved it! We had never heard of shaved ice before. We ordered the caramel pudding shaved ice and our friend ordered a chocolate volcano shaved ice. Both were delicious. It had a light flavor and was not overly sweet - very refreshing on a hot day.
