The mussels are topped with shredded cucumber and roasted cherry tomatoes, and three pieces of beautifully roasted Italian bread are served as a side dish. The blue mussels are very fresh, tender and juicy, and are really different from frozen fruits! The cream sauce is very fragrant and has a strong vanilla flavor.
