Yes, it is rare to eat such an authentic Sichuan flavor. It is very good. We went back to our hometown to buy yak beef in the vegetable market and met the boss who was also buying beef. The meat that came to their home was qualified. The beef that we chose to go back to our hometown was rushed to eat.
