The only Chinese restaurant in Chamonix is ​​located on the commercial street. The shop is well decorated and feels like a Chinese restaurant for formal meals rather than fast food. We ordered chicken steak, steamed fish and beef. The steamed fish was the most interesting. It happened that the tables next to us were all foreigners. They all ordered fish, but the food culture is completely different. Chinese people like to share, so we ordered a fish to share. But obviously, the 7 foreigners at the next table actually ordered 4 fish and 3 servings of sweet and sour pork, one dish per person and a bowl of white rice. And before eating the fish, they also removed the fish bones, head and tail according to etiquette. This restaurant tastes very good and has good business. It is recommended to those who miss the hometown food when they go to Mont Blanc for skiing vacation.
