Chinese Noodle Restaurant 北方拉面馆 Review

This Northern Ramen Restaurant is the most intimate restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown. The owner is from Harbin, Heilongjiang, Northeast China. Here you can taste authentic Northeastern cuisine. Hot dumplings and a bowl of large ramen can remind you of the taste of your hometown. This restaurant is also very popular. Most people from Northeast China come here to gather. It is worth a try.

I didn't expect to be able to taste authentic noodles from the northwest in Sydney's Chinatown. The owner here is an authentic Xi'an native. The flour used is shipped from northwest China to Xining. The flour is particularly chewy. Both the noodles and dumplings here are very delicious and are definitely worth a try for Chinese people.

I'm not a big eggplant fan, but the special braised eggplant was delicious. The dumplings and noodles were delicious too. It's always busy here, and there's always a long line, so don't expect great service, but the waiters are friendly!

There are many authentic Northeastern dishes, such as eggplant, sweet and sour pork, big plate chicken, and Shanghai pot stickers. However, the southern dishes are average compared to northern dishes. The portions are large, so it's a pretty good restaurant.
