CHUN FA HE Review

在春发和吃到了来长春的第一顿饭，早有耳闻东北的菜量大，果然名不虚传。不夸张的讲，我自己一个人连一个菜都吃不完。的确是老字号馆子饭店的时间座无虚席，既有外地来打卡的游客，也有不少本地社区的食客，菜烧的味道不错价格也很实惠。餐厅营业时间是连续的，来打卡的话可以错开饭点人多的时候，选择下午3点4点左右人比较少时来，用餐体验会好一点。吃到的最喜欢的菜是红烧肉酸菜粉，热气腾腾的好大一锅，有菜有肉又有汤，价格不贵超实惠。个人觉得比猪肉炖粉条味道好。另外饺子也不错

The staff is warm and thoughtful and always responds to needs in time. Whether it is a family dinner or a small gathering with friends, this is an excellent choice for people to enjoy delicious food and a pleasant time.

The Northeastern flavor is authentic. We booked a private room in advance. 10 people spent 452 yuan (including wine). It felt good. We ordered candied sweet potato, large rice noodles, crispy chicken, stewed spare ribs, three fresh vegetables, fried pork intestines, snow bean paste, and sweet and sour pork. Unfortunately, the pot-fried tofu was out of stock.

A place you will miss if you don't eat for a while. I invited friends to come and feast, but I couldn't bring my children. The environment was too bad and it was very noisy. After the food was served, we ate like crazy and wanted to leave immediately after eating. Many elderly people gathered here, drinking and talking loudly. I looked at the menu and felt that I wanted to order everything, but there were not many people and I really couldn't order too much because the dishes were very large and the dishes were served very quickly. I must order the pot-fried pork and snow-covered bean paste every time~ Especially the snow-covered bean paste here, which is delicious and affordable~ The crispy meat soup has a strong sour and spicy taste and is delicious. The vegetarian dishes are also delicious, and the quantity is large and cheap. The three of us ordered 5 dishes and ate them hard. In the end, half of them were left. It only cost 120 yuan, and these dishes were enough for 5 people. The dishes here basically need to be fried, so they are very fragrant but oily. It is very satisfying to eat occasionally~

Chunfahe is a real century-old restaurant. I heard that the boss has changed during this period, but the standard of Northeastern cuisine has always been online, probably because the chef has not changed. The original shabby table and decoration like a state-owned restaurant are no longer seen. Now the store has been renovated, and the aunt-level waiters are gone, replaced by young girls, but the service is still average. However, the dishes are still good, crispy chicken, pot-wrapped pork, large rice noodles, snow-coated bean paste, are all eternal themes. When friends from other places come, they still like this place very much.

There seem to be many century-old shops in Changchun, but I don't know if they are real or not, but the Chunfahe where we checked in was very much to my and my friends' liking. Although the No. 1 pot-fried pork was a little below expectations, the large pulled skin was amazing. The price-performance ratio was really super high and the happiness was overwhelming.
