This restaurant is located in Tunxi Old Street, Huangshan City. It is said that many restaurants there are on the first floor. I stopped by for lunch on my way back to Shanghai from Sanqingshan. It was already 1:30 when I got there. After seeing it, I could only choose this one. The restaurant is built in the Hui style, and the interior is full of lanterns. It doesn't need to be decorated deliberately, it can make people feel as if they are traveling through time. I chose two recommended dishes, stinky mandarin fish and hairy tofu. In summary, it is salty. Although stinky mandarin fish is salty, the taste of the fish is quite good, just like it has been marinated. Hairy tofu is very good with rice, but it is still very salty. I asked the clerk, and he said that this is the characteristic of Anhui cuisine. So I followed the local customs and regarded the taste as good. The service was quite good. When I went there, they were about to rest, but they still ordered dishes for us, so we didn't have to continue on the road with an empty stomach. Thank you very much. Although the taste is not the light type I like, I am generally satisfied.

Fill in the number and code on the menu according to your preferences and hand it to the waiter, then go back to your table and wait. The two of us ordered the stinky mandarin fish, Huizhou sesame cakes, Huizhou toon fruit and amaranth, which cost a total of 123 yuan.

It is the same route as the Nanjing Dapaidang. To order food, you need to take a list and look at the physical samples to write the name and code of the dish. After queuing up, you can order the food first. After ordering, you can sit for a while and then it will be your turn. Someone will take you to your seat and give you a small sign. When you check out, just take the small sign with you. There are a lot of people for dinner, but the turnover rate is also fast. There are many Anhui snacks to order. The most clicked one is the flying cake, which is really crispy and delicious. We also ordered the stinky mandarin fish. It was not as good as expected. You can try it. The only drawback is that it is quite noisy because there are many people eating, and the air conditioner on the second floor is not big enough and slightly hot. Overall recommended.

There are many dishes, cold dishes, hot dishes, dim sum, desserts, cold drinks... There are many things you want to eat. The price is very affordable, no wonder so many people eat there. In particular, their waiters are all middle-aged, and they seem to be more hardworking and dedicated.

For lunch, we had snacks at the Meishi Renjia in the old street. It was recommended by the owner of Xuweishe where I stayed before. He said that they would come here on weekdays. It is similar to the big food stalls in Nanjing, with an open kitchen. You can order dishes by looking at the dishes. The price is very cheap. The brown rice milk tea is 18 yuan. It tastes like the ice cream after eating water when I was a child. It is very delicious. The wontons are delicious, the mixed sauce noodles are 10 yuan, but there is too little sauce and no taste, but the noodles are good. Crispy chive dumplings are 10 yuan. The service is good and the plates are removed very promptly. There are quite a lot of people, it is lively but not noisy, and it is a large-scale store.

I love this restaurant. They have a wide variety of food, and the taste is so good. Most importantly, they don't cheat or defraud you. The prices are cheap and the quality is good. You will get the food exactly as you see it, without any problems such as other ingredients or small portions.
