The roast mutton skewers from Bocui Mingzhu Restaurant have fat and thin lamb. Simple condiments such as salt, wine, and cumin powder are added. The meat is skewed with bamboo sticks. Brush a layer of oil, roast to the outside crispy and tender, eat a mouthful of fat but not greasy, heat a pot of good yellow wine, and drink with three or five friends, so unhappy!
