It was getting dark and I wanted to eat some staple food, so I found this restaurant. There is also an Uncle Restaurant not far away. I almost went to the wrong place. The restaurant is quite big and has a second floor, but it is not open at night. The noodles tasted great, but there was a little less beef brisket, hehe. The soup was very thick and delicious. The environment was also good, and the overall decoration gave people a heavy feeling.

Guangdong noodles are delicious, wonton noodles, pork chop noodles, etc. I don't know why southerners love noodles. Apart from noodles in Wuhan, everything else is made of rice, such as rice vermicelli.

I had heard of this restaurant before coming to Zhuhai, so I went to Wanzaisha to try it after I arrived in Zhuhai. The shrimp wonton noodles I ordered were really delicious and worthy of their reputation! The bamboo noodles were chewy and smooth, and each shrimp wonton had a crispy and tender whole shrimp inside. After drinking a sip of the noodle soup, it was perfect! The key point is - affordable, delicious and not expensive, one bowl is very satisfying!

I came here in the rain because of its reputation. If I don't eat here, I will feel that my trip to Zhuhai is in vain. This century-old shop has only one kind of noodles, namely bamboo noodles. The beef brisket bamboo noodles are slightly spicy, so the chef packed them separately for me and asked me to try it first to see if I could accept it. The beef brisket was not spicy, and the bean paste was slightly spicy, which was acceptable. Then I added the sauce (Picture 4 and Picture 5); the shrimp wonton noodles are their signature, and there is also a second floor in the store.

Qishugong Noodle House is the best noodle house in Zhuhai so far. It has an addictive charm. Although there are not many varieties of products, there are only 6 kinds of bamboo noodles, shrimp wontons, meat wontons, beef brisket, pork knuckles, and lettuce. In addition, no matter which season, there is only lettuce as a vegetable, and there is no other choice. The menu is just a mix of these 6 things. If two people eat, one beef brisket and shrimp wonton noodles + one pork knuckle and meat wonton noodles + blanched lettuce can try all the products of the family. Although there are not many choices, each product is made very finely, and what I like most is its soup base, which is very strong and fresh. I, who is known as a soup monster, can drink it to the bottom every time, hehe. . . .  Its kitchen is separated by transparent glass, and customers can see at a glance whether the production process is clean and hygienic. If you go there during meal time, you usually have to wait for a seat. It is really busy there.

This is a noodle shop that is very popular among locals and has local characteristics. The shrimp wontons and bamboo noodles in this shop are worth recommending. At present, there are more and more tourists. The whole wonton has a whole shrimp, paired with pork bone soup, which is very fresh. And you can see the noodles being made on the spot, which are fresh and transparent. The beef brisket is soft and has a good taste. It is a shop that makes people linger.

I like the taste very much, the soup is fresh, the noodles are springy, and the wontons are delicious. The service is also OK. The environment is OK, the store is not particularly large, but the noodles are really delicious, fresh shrimp wonton noodles, Guangdong specialty.
