Roast goose: The skin is crispy and the meat is soft and delicious. Stewed fish maw with grains: This is my favorite. I would rather not order anything else but a bowl of fish maw. It is rich in content and makes my stomach feel comfortable after drinking it. Service: The service at Hongyuwan is still so good, and the dishes are served very quickly.

Hongyuwan, International Building, is located on the third floor of the International Building. The dishes are exquisite and delicious, and the guests are also high-end.
