Maxim's Palace has many branches in Hong Kong. I have been to almost all of them. I love the Shatin Town Hall branch because it is so down-to-earth. Here you can fully experience the morning tea culture of Hong Kong people. And no matter what time you go there, it is always crowded and lively.

Speaking of Hong Kong-style dim sum, we have to mention Maxim's Palace. The luxurious environment and super delicious taste are definitely not to be missed! ε-(´∀｀; )~ But the only thing is that the dim sum doesn't start until 1pm! This will starve the kids who saved their stomachs for this special visit! Wow, this overbearing oversized crystal chandelier~ It feels like something you've only seen in a movie.

The first time I ate Cantonese cuisine at Meixin Palace, I still remember Boston lobster. Cheese lobster is really delicious, fresh and not greasy. The salted abalone is also the first time to eat. Usually it is mostly stew soup. I didn't expect to be delicious with mushrooms. !

Mangosteen beef balls with hummus, is made of sour beans, but also with acid, under vinegar, beef ball with silk and the street is different.
