Maxim's Palace is very famous in Hong Kong. The restaurants under the Maxim's Group are everywhere in Hong Kong, and Maxim's Palace is considered to be mid-to-high-end. When you go in, you can see that there are large round tables everywhere. The restaurant is also very large. It is definitely suitable for wedding banquets or business banquets. If two or three people come, it is indeed difficult to order dishes because the portions are very large. Every dish tastes good. Although it is a bit conventional, there is nothing wrong with it.

Maxim's Palace has many branches in Hong Kong. I have been to almost all of them. I love the Shatin Town Hall branch because it is so down-to-earth. Here you can fully experience the morning tea culture of Hong Kong people. And no matter what time you go there, it is always crowded and lively.

Speaking of Hong Kong-style dim sum, we have to mention Maxim's Palace. The luxurious environment and super delicious taste are definitely not to be missed! ε-(´∀｀; )~ But the only thing is that the dim sum doesn't start until 1pm! This will starve the kids who saved their stomachs for this special visit! Wow, this overbearing oversized crystal chandelier~ It feels like something you've only seen in a movie.

It was my first time to eat Cantonese food at Maxim’s Palace. I still remember the Boston lobster very clearly. The cheese lobster was really flavorful, fresh and not greasy. It was also my first time to eat salted abalone. Usually I eat it in soup, but I didn’t expect it to be so delicious with mushrooms!

This is a restaurant with good food. You can bring your friends to try it. The price is quite favorable and it is worth recommending!
