I went to San Mun Tsai with my family to eat seafood. I ordered the baked snails that are not available in many places now. They use snail meat onions and mushrooms, beat them into pieces, and mix them with some Portuguese sauce Go, put it back in the conch shell to bake, it's quite tasty.

The prices at Dynasty Fishery Garden in Sam Mun Tsai, Tai Po are not expensive, and the dim sum is very delicious. Recommended soup dumplings include abalone fish maw, fried rice rolls with chicken, foie gras and scallops, salt-baked seafood pot, pomelo wontons, fragrant mango eel balls, fried egg mapo tofu with egg base, and shrimp dumplings.
