Such an excellent restaurant!!! We had tuna and salmon- sous vide. Amazing! It is the first restaurant in Sicily where besides the wines to pair with each dish, they would have also list of other cocktails for pairing by food. Best gin cocktail I have had. Also they would pair with your food the right olive oil!What made this restaurant special for us was the service- we got the kindest and nicest help during our dinner- thank you, David!

Located 5 minutes walking from the main Piazza Duomo in Ortigia, atmosphere is nice, quiet and the hall is spacious and elegant but in a simple way. The quality of food is excellent with a good balance of creativity and tradition. There's also a selection of cocktails that are matched and suggested for every meal. The cocktails that we tried were supergood. Service is excellent too, very competent. Price is absolutely fair for what you get.
