Wonderful degustation menu which was excellent value. Great wine recommendations. All the staff were excellent but a special shout out to Laia the pastry chef. All the desserts looked phenomenal and we loved the one she recommended - 4 little desserts presented in egg shells and then in an egg carton. Stunning presentation and they were all sublime.

All was perfect, the Miss who cared for us nothing more to come made us feel like at home for her proximity and professionalism.The very professional staff in all aspects, in the forms, advice and treatment.And the genre of very good quality. We chose the taste menu and it was spectacular.Very recommendable and we will repeat safely.

The excellent treatment received by Sonia and its equipment and the excellent product quality along with facilities and decoration that make the Diamant a special place.
