This restaurant is really amazing
🌟Highlights:
Let me start with the main point: There are many local and surrounding countries' special objects collected here. The most shocking and valuable ones are more than 100 real folk doors. Tourists know to go to Qiuci Alley, but those were built for the scenic spot. The doors of this restaurant were actually used in the past to separate different areas of the restaurant. Even the thresholds are preserved, and you can see traces of being trampled.
Then there are many objects from neighboring countries such as Nepal, Morocco, and Kazakhstan. From table lamps, ceiling lamps, floor tiles, carpets, tapestries, and tableware, they are all carefully selected by the boss and found from different places. Some objects may take several years to obtain.
Every corner of the restaurant has been carefully designed and maintained, especially when you just come out of the elevator, it will give customers a great shock.
🍲Recommended dishes:
Finally, let’s talk about the food.
[Coke] Kucha Castle Coffee: Coffee and milk, with Hotan roses and saffron. As soon as it was served, a floral scent wafted over;
[Surprising] Grilled fish: There are two types. One is a taste fish, which is a larger portion. The other is a traditional grilled fish, which is what I ordered. The taste is relatively simple, and you can taste the fish. It is just right when eaten with spicy red skin;
[Fitness] Rice pudding: The rice aroma is very strong, the skin is crispy, and it is served with peanuts and walnuts. Because the dishes were served the fastest, the waiter asked me to fill my stomach quickly, which was very considerate;
[TeaDrinker] Sharon Dink: It is yogurt and smoothie whipped together. It is very refreshing and comfortable to drink after a meal.
[Clap][Clap] Little Easter egg: When paying at the door, I found a small area with handmade ceramic water cups, each of which is unique. After a long time of selection, I got a brown-red earless patterned water cup. Can be used for personal use or as a gift.
I call it a restaurant that is better than the tourist attractions in Kuqa. It has a very cultural atmosphere and is worth a visit!
(According to the boss, the restaurant is a chain and has opened in many places in Xinjiang. The one in Kuqa is newly opened, so it will be more film-worthy compared to other restaurants.)
