Review

The Northeast History Study Group enjoyed a special lunch at a local hot iron pot stew in Ning'an. The environment was a bit simple, but the steaming atmosphere was really in place. In the iron pot stew, there were big geese, beans, eggplants, flower rolls and steamed buns, and some refreshing cold dishes. Everyone sat around on the kang, which was quite lively. The overall saltiness was appropriate, the ingredients were rich, and the staple food was enough. It was really full, and the price was touching, not bad.
