When I came to Wudalianchi for a tour, the tour guide recommended that I eat at her house. This restaurant is quite large and specializes in various tofu dishes with rich varieties. The origin of "Wang's Donkey Tofu" is that there was an old man named Wang who used to sell his own tofu on a donkey cart. The tofu he made was white and tender, with fragrant and delicious meat, thin and soft, and the dried tofu could even be ignited like paper.

A restaurant recommended by a local friend. The bakery looked full during meal time, and there were people queuing outside. The environment was very Northeastern, and the main dishes were Northeastern local cuisine. Tofu was the top dish, and it was very tender and fragrant, and the soy sauce was also delicious. The catfish stewed with eggplant was also very delicious, and it was said to be wild. The rice was also added with black rice, which was great and definitely worth recommending!

The tofu banquet is very delicious. It is a local restaurant with a clear price. It is more popular for foreigners. The price of the dishes is more expensive in the local area. Fish head tofu is 68 pounds, two and a half pounds, delicious and a bit expensive.
