We had dinner at Taberna, one of my favorite bistros. They even had ramen, although it was a very simple and unqualified version with only miso seasoning, but it was enough to relieve the lack of flavor. The deep-fried squid with squid ink and lemon ginger juice was 100 points, extremely delicious and not greasy. ​​​

Steak tartare without egg yolk ???!?! Lacked that smoothie richness.. Ceviche was cut too thick for our taste. Ovos quase rotos were perfect!! Best we’ve had!!

What a lovely tasty experience. Be sure to arrive early - the whole neighborhood is fun for a drink and shopping. Stunning views under the bridge too. 1300 Taberna is off the main drag and is large and welcoming. We had the best dish of our foody week - shrimp tartar with cheery gaspacho. And the waiter let me guess the ingredients. The duck croquettes, pork and steak were fabulous too.

I visited 1300 Taberna tonight and had a lovely time. The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager (a very nice blonde lady) was very sympathetic and welcoming. I ordered the pear salad and the fish of the day with a good red wine. The salad was delicious, I plan to do it at home for the rest of my family :-) The fish was very tasty with the sauce and the side dish. I was alone and it was my first night at Lisbon. The 1300 Taberna was a great choice and so is the LX factory where it is located. I would suggest this place to everyone who would like to have delicious food in a very elegant & bohem & friendly atmosphere! For the prices, I can not say they were cheap (costed 34 Euros) but it is certainly worth it! You get a lovely first night at Lisbon :-)
