A popular restaurant in Shuhe Ancient Town. It is said that the owner is from Northeast China. The dishes are mainly Northeast China cuisine. I am not used to it. I ordered the signature dishes, secret spare ribs, hand-shredded cabbage, grandma's fried eggplant, secret beef, spare ribs and yam soup. The hand-shredded cabbage is said to be sweet and sour, but it really doesn't taste sweet and sour. It tastes completely different from what I usually eat. I am not used to it. I don't like grandma's fried eggplant either, so I basically ate it for a while, which is a waste of these two dishes. The spare ribs and yam soup is the most comfortable one, which is light and not greasy.
