The overall taste is good, especially the sand onion. The temperature difference between day and night in the northwest is large, and the fruits and vegetables are very delicious, unlike the fruits and vegetables in big cities that have lost their original taste.
The fried elm money feels like fried eggs, for a good omen, but it feels a bit greasy after a few bites.
Donkey meat yellow noodles are the signature dish, but I am not used to it.
