In the past, oil tea was only drunk by the elderly, and young people generally did not like to drink it. Now people drink it for three meals a day. This oil tea can also be used as a base for hot pot~~ According to legend, when Emperor Qianlong went to the south of the Yangtze River, he was not used to the climate and had no appetite. One of his followers, a chef from Guilin, Guangxi, thought of oil tea and made it for Qianlong. He immediately felt much more energetic after drinking it, and named it "Shuangshen Soup"
