They are so considerate~  Guangxi is very big. Nanning, Guilin, and Liuzhou all have their own special delicacies. You can eat them all at once in Gui Xiaochu! Travel Guangxi easily~ There are two dishes in the set meal that are out of stock. It just so happens that I am not very interested. You can choose your favorite dishes and make up the difference.   💫「Nanning·Osmanthus Honey Roasted Spare Ribs」 Spare ribs from Nanning, three pieces are strung together on a stick. The ribs are cooked in a special way, fragrant and sweet, and they are even more delicious when dipped in osmanthus honey!   💫「Guilin·Sour Radish Stir-fried Beef Shank」This dish from Guilin is my choice, and it is also a special dish among the twelve signature dishes of Gui Xiaochu. The pickled sour radish is very refreshing, paired with tender beef shank. This combination is the first time I have tried it, and it is very novel. 💫「小厨邕城老友鱼」The cooking method of Laoyouyu is very special. It doesn’t smell bad in the store. I packed it up before finishing it. The smell of snail noodles is still there all the way, but the smellier it is, the better it tastes! The fish is very fresh and the meat is very tender. With this sweet sauce, it has a strong Guangxi style. 💫「刘州老姑螺粉」The favorite of the noodle lovers, with fried bean skin, peanuts, lettuce, eggs and other ingredients, full of nutrition~ The favorite is the noodles, smooth and chewy, and the soup is also very fresh. 💫「白烧菜心」It’s a big plate of vegetables, and the simple cooking tastes great~ I packed it up with Laoyouyu before finishing it! 💫「紫米酒苗子」The dessert is given to registered members. It’s not very sweet. The dumplings are soft and delicious! Including the packaging fee, I paid 16 yuan in the end, and I went shopping with satisfaction!

Gui Xiaochu is so unique. The Zhuang family's winnowing basket banquet is definitely an authentic delicacy. Various dishes are placed on the plaque, including black rice dumplings, sausages, first-class chicken, garden vegetables, golden lava buns, grilled spare ribs, cloud ears, etc., which are very local ethnic characteristics.

Friends from other places must bring Guangxi dishes to Nanning to try. The urban regional cuisine covering the entire Guangxi is almost included. Bama-flavored pork, Guilin knife duck, and Bobai cut powder ... The taste cannot be said to be very authentic, but they are all not bad. Often you can't think of anything to eat, you will bring your family to eat home. Every time you must order is old friend fish, Nanning special old friend sauce, hot and sour appetizer, spicy, dishes are relatively affordable, about 50 per capita.

This is also a chain store. The main characteristics of Guangxi cuisine are that the decoration is a little bit dim. The dishes are really tempting to look at. It’s just that breakfast is too late and not hungry at all. I chose two signature dishes to try it. Bama tofu stone pot is still hot. Tofu color is different, the bean juice tastes quite heavy, the soup is very fresh and delicious, and I drank two bowls as soon as I came up; I also ordered an old friend fish, which is also a special roast that is just right and not old at all and has the fresh taste of the fish itself. The peas are crisp and delicious. There are also many specialties. I have the opportunity to try again.

Old friend fish is a grilled fish with snail powder, generally. Luo Hanguo stone olive ground pork soup is delicious. Stone mill black tofu is not good, knife duck is generally like, Bo Baibai cut powder is very amazing 😄

The environment is good, the authentic Guangxi cuisine, the dishes are very rich, the ingredients are very fresh, the cooking skills are superb, the taste is authentic, the quantity is affordable, the service is warm and intimate, the price is quite high, it is recommended.
