On a rainy day, I chose a restaurant nearby to eat. Zhiweiguan is also a time-honored brand. [Environment] When I arrived at around 6 o'clock, there were not many people, but the environment was quite elegant, and I could have a quiet meal. [Taste] I ordered "Fresh Meat Xiaolong", "Vegetarian Roast Goose", "Hangzhou Braised Duck", "Bacon Shrimp Scrambled Eggs", and "Golden Soup Baby Cabbage". The overall taste was light and not greasy. The braised duck was not fat and the sweetness was just right, but the vegetarian roast goose was too greasy for me. I didn't expect this dish to be so sweet. "Golden Soup Baby Cabbage" uses soup stock and dried senbei to adjust the freshness, which is quite fresh. After eating the baby cabbage, you can drink the soup base. The overall amount of food is enough for two or three people. The portion is not particularly large, so the unit price is not particularly expensive. [Service] The service is quite good. This Zhiwei Restaurant is located on Xixi Road, on the roadside, and is easy to find. The interior decoration is Chinese style. The Dongpo beef is made from a part of the beef that has some tendons, similar to the tendon meat. It is stewed very tender and very fragrant.

Zhiwei Restaurant is located near Zhejiang University Science and Technology Park on Xixi Road. It has a Jiangnan style decoration and good service. It is a brand under Zhiweiguan. The dishes are some commonly eaten Hangzhou dishes, and the taste and price-performance ratio are good.

A stylish and tasteful store under Zhiweiguan. The environment is quite elegant, with celadon tableware, bamboo tables and chairs, Chinese style, and a sense of fashion. The unique sunny kitchen is separated by bamboo weaving, and you can see the ingenuity of the pastry chefs through the small holes. The restaurant provides G20 summit dishes, which are limited daily. The price of the dishes is high, the amount of dishes is small, but the dishes are exquisite and delicious. The pickled tripe is very tasty, and the wine aroma is just right. Below is edamame. So the amount is still small. The crispy chicken is similar to the Thai style, but it can be eaten without dipping sauce, it is a bit salty. The amazing thing should be the snacks such as Longjing tea cakes, the price is really high, 2-3 pieces per serving. I will try it next time if I have a chance. The service staff are all pretty and have a good service attitude.

The most satisfying meal of this trip. Three people ordered ten things randomly and couldn't stop eating. There was no need to wait for a table when we went at 5 pm. I like foie gras, Longjing shrimp, and cat ears.

I didn't know before that Zhiwei Restaurant is actually an upgraded product of Zhiwei Guan. In comparison, the restaurant is more refined. The style of the dishes is more youthful. The taste of the traditional pastries has not changed at all. I recommend Longjing tea pastry and shrimp dumplings. The other dishes are also quite exquisite.
