Tea-flavored pork ribs are a dish that Xiong created after finding inspiration from the tea-flavored shrimps commonly found in Cantonese restaurants. The cooking method is to marinate first and then fry them, but they do not have a greasy taste at all, but are crispy, dry, and exude a light tea fragrance.
