It's really delicious. Their Jigoku Ramen is really worth a try. Once you've had it, you'll never forget it. Other salmon dishes are also delicious. I love their wasabi octopus the most. The portion is huge.

Hidden Japanese Cuisine is a great Japanese restaurant. Their dishes are authentic and delicious, especially the fried tempura, which is cooked to perfection. The environment and service are great. Thumbs up.
