Review

Yesterday was our last night in Burqin. We had to go back to Urumqi, so we found a restaurant to get together in the evening. We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews. We ordered two kinds of pike and rare scale salmon. The fish were all freshly killed. The steamed pike tasted good, but the other half that was stir-fried felt a bit salty. There was also a braised fish that tasted good, with firm and tender meat. As for other dishes, the pepper and sesame chicken tasted good. I thought it was a cold dish, but I didn't expect the hot stir-fry to taste outstanding. Other dishes such as lamb and beef were quite satisfactory. As for the service, the store owner was very enthusiastic and basically responded to every request. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the meal.
