Today is the winter solstice. Several of us went to a farm restaurant. The weather was very cold. We ordered maoxuewang, muxu pork, and dry pot bean curd. We felt warm all over after eating them. The maoxuewang was delicious, with a bright red color and a fresh and light taste. We ordered mutton-stuffed dumplings as the main course. They were freshly made and served. We ate them and they were rich in flavor. It was a winter delicacy and a very good winter solstice dinner. It was clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive.
