Tuomusha Dongxiang Hand-claw Food is located at the intersection of Dongguan Street and Gonghe Middle Road in Xining City. The store is small but clean. Its hand-clawed front roll is particularly delicious, fat but not greasy, and has no sheep smell. The cold dish okra is well mixed with seasoning and is very pleasant with eight-treasure tea.

A very local shop. Although many tourists come here for its reputation, the decoration and taste are very homely. I have to sigh that the Northwest cuisine is larger than the Northeast cuisine. Two people ordered half a spicy chicken, a portion of stuffed skin, and a portion of noodles, which they really couldn't finish. Even though the tastes vary from place to place, we have to admit that the noodles in the Northwest are indeed excellent.

#Local food The location was a problem, I asked around before I found it. It's a very small shop, with about 7 or 8 tables. When I arrived at 8pm, it was full and there was no room, but it was available soon. The lamb chops were a bit fatty, and they were good when hot, but not when cold. The beef was generous in portion, a bit tough. The noodles were normal, the boss was very nice, and the overall price was cheap, with a good value for money.
