Review

A very local shop. Although many tourists come here for its reputation, the decoration and taste are very homely. I have to sigh that the Northwest cuisine is larger than the Northeast cuisine. Two people ordered half a spicy chicken, a portion of stuffed skin, and a portion of noodles, which they really couldn't finish. Even though the tastes vary from place to place, we have to admit that the noodles in the Northwest are indeed excellent.

The first stop of the western tour, we arrived in Xining city. We found this restaurant through online navigation and ordered hand-pulled lamb and stuffed skin. The hand-pulled lamb was really delicious. After the first bite, I immediately asked for another plate. The hand-pulled lamb here was the best one I had during my trip to the northwest. I recommend everyone to come here to eat hand-pulled lamb. It was really delicious.

#Local food The location was a problem, I asked around before I found it. It's a very small shop, with about 7 or 8 tables. When I arrived at 8pm, it was full and there was no room, but it was available soon. The lamb chops were a bit fatty, and they were good when hot, but not when cold. The beef was generous in portion, a bit tough. The noodles were normal, the boss was very nice, and the overall price was cheap, with a good value for money.
