The oyster and seaweed casserole is a plate of oysters, each one is plump and sweet. The Minnan mustard rice is made with shredded carrots, dried oysters, peanuts, etc. It is rich in ingredients. The mustard rice is not greasy at all, and the portion is enough for 3 people, which is very good.

We stayed near Taihe Plaza for two nights. We had a delicious seafood dinner on the first day. We wanted to change our taste on the second day, so we chose this restaurant! This restaurant is located next to the music fountain behind the Ferris wheel. The location is quite good. You can see the sign from a distance and it is easy to find! We chose a window seat. We thought it would be nice to enjoy the scenery while dining, but the music fountain only opened for less than five minutes that day, which was a bit disappointing! But the dishes in the restaurant are still good, such as abalone tea chicken, okra fried snail slices, and golden stone-ground tofu. Each dish has excellent ingredients and tastes delicious. The first night in Quanzhou, I came to this famous local restaurant. This branch is located behind the Ferris wheel of Taihe Square, on the second floor of Taihe Xintiandi.
